I am Pat, owner of The Balanced Stitch. Growing up in a family skilled in making and repairing things, I learned sewing and tool use early on. With fewer sewing machine repair shops, I started cleaning and servicing my own machines. Now retired from a career in IT, I offer sewing machine servicing in the Henry County, Georgia area.

As an Apprentice Technician with Sewing Doc Academy, I’m professionally trained in sewing machine maintenance and service. I’m continuing to advance my skills under expert guidance to provide reliable care, troubleshooting, and functional restoration for home sewing machines.
